Event Fundraisers
Let Laser Duck come to you!
If you are hosting a tournament or a large event, Laser Duck will come to you! We will setup in a 10' x 10' space for the entirety of your event with multiple products that will attract your audience! Events can be indoors or outdoors -- we work with your event organizer to make it a hassle free and easy experience for all involved!
Laser Duck will sell pre-made products, take custom orders & personalize items on-site! Your organization will receive a percent of sales (less any vendor fee, if you charge one).
Once you have booked your tournament or event with us Laser Duck will reach out to discuss your audience so we can create pre-made products that your athletes & families will LOVE! We can upload event logos, design sports specific products & bring out our best sellers.
Laser Duck uploads your designs to a personalized webpage for your group. Your online store stays open for 2 weeks. Once closed, production begins and products are delivered to your group, or shipped straight to your customers (your choice!). Production time varies based upon complexity of design, number of orders, time of year, etc. Typical production time is 2-4 weeks. No minimum order. Groups may choose to add a dollar amount donation on to any of their custom designs for more proceeds to benefit the group. Custom Fundraisers
Laser Duck Designs wants your fundraiser to be as unique as your organization! We will work with you to choose up to 10 of our HUNDREDS of products to create a custom fundraiser that speaks right to your audience.
Check out our online catalog with all the available products and you choose what would work best for your organization. Just like our Drinkware Fundraiser products & designs are then uploaded to a personalized webpage for your group! Your online store stays open for 2 weeks. Once closed, production begins and products are delivered to your group, or shipped straight to your customers (your choice!). Can you add our logo to products?
Yes! It can be a team logo, event logo or just a design you want on the items!
Do we need to collect any money?
No! Laser Duck takes all that out of your hands with a completely online portal. All funds are collected online and then you receive a check at the conclusion of the fundraiser!
Can people personalize the products?
Absolutely! Shoppers can add a name or names to almost all of our products to personalize them.
Can we do more than one fundraiser per year?
Yes, due to the variety of what Laser Duck Designs offers you can absolutely do multiple fundraisers per year or combine an online fundraiser with an on-site one!
Can we have it all delivered to our group?
Yes, you can have all items delivered to your group. You will make a decision on this prior to the fundraiser going live!
