Thank you for shopping with Laser Duck Designs! We take great pride in the quality of our laser-engraved products. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Custom or Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any products that have been personalized or made to your specific design specifications. Please double-check your order for accuracy, including text, names, dates, and design details before finalizing your purchase.

Pre-Designed Products (No Personalization)

If you have purchased a pre-designed product that does not include any personalization, we offer a 15-day return window for items with a manufacturing fault or defect. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition.

  • The item is returned within 15 days from the date of receipt.

  • A manufacturing defect or fault is present (e.g., engraving errors, damage due to craftsmanship, or material defects).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at orders@LaserDuckDesigns.com with your order number and a description of the issue within 15 days of receiving your product.

  2. If applicable, please provide clear photos of the defect or damage.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify the fault, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
